The local fleet includes 7-seaters, Mercedes-Benz luxury cars, 16-seat minibuses, 24/28-seat, 45-seat and 60-seat coaches; cross-border options are 7-seaters, 16 seats and 45/49-seat coaches. The following explains uses and reference fares by album category to help select a vehicle.

Coaches (the “Coaches” album category)

The album shows exteriors and interiors of vehicles including 6096, JN3523, NL3135 and PA7103, plus small coaches. Interiors have air-conditioning and comfortable seats; medium/large coaches have separate luggage compartments, with microphones/audiovisual equipment on some models, for school trips, company outings, tours and wedding transfers. According to the Price list , urban Kowloon one-way rates are $500 for 24/28 seats and $700 for 45/60; urban hourly rates are $320/$380 with a 4-hour minimum. Small coaches: 24/28 seats

Smaller bodies aid access to narrow roads, estates and countryside sights, suiting department events, families and wedding parties. Luggage space is less than on large coaches, so state substantial requirements. Compare sizes in the coach seating guide .

7-seaters (the “7-seaters” album category)

The album shows Toyota Alphard and other 7-seater interiors and exteriors. With driver, they suit 1–6 passengers for airports, family and business use. Urban Kowloon one-way fares start at $400, Kowloon airport transfers at $550 and urban hourly hire at $250. Cross-border Shenzhen Airport transfers start at $1,100; see Cross-border hire .

Mercedes-Benz luxury cars (the “Luxury cars” category)

The album includes Mercedes-Benz S500 interiors and exteriors for VIP and bridal transport. Urban Kowloon one-way hire starts at $450 and urban hourly hire at $350. For weddings, see wedding coaches and cars guide .

This category contains other fleet photographs. For the model, seating or suitability of a particular image, WhatsApp its number, for example “Fleet photograph 22”.

• Count leaders, teachers, photographers and other staff, and never exceed approved seating capacity.
• 24/28 seats and 45/60 seats share respective price bands. Near capacity, choose the larger at the same price.
• One-way fares include the Cross-Harbour Tunnel and bridge tolls; hourly tunnel/parking charges are extra. See the complete Price list .

7-seaters suit 1–6 people, 16 seats around a dozen, 24/28 seats around 17–28, 45 seats around 29–45, and 60 seats around 46–60. Include staff and remain within approved capacity.

Do 45-seat and 60-seat coaches cost the same?

Yes. 45 and 60 seats share the $700 urban Kowloon one-way and $380 urban hourly rates. 24 and 28 seats share $500 one-way and $320 hourly rates.

Which cross-border models are available?

7-seaters, 16-seat minibuses and 45/49-seat coaches, all with dual registrations. Urban Kowloon/Hong Kong Island to Shenzhen Airport starts at $1,100, $1,500 and $2,000 one way respectively.

How much luggage fits in a coach?

Medium/large coaches have separate suitcase compartments. 24/28-seat luggage space is limited; 7-seaters hold around 4–5 medium suitcases. State substantial luggage needs when booking.

Are Flying Eagle’s vehicles insured?

All coaches have third-party insurance, GPS monitoring, regular maintenance, repairs and safety inspections, with cleaning/disinfection before and after use.
