How to read

How to read the coach price list

One-way charges: point-to-point service

Local fares are one way between specified pick-up and destination points. Tables are grouped under Kowloon, Hong Kong Island and airport, then by distance bands. More distant areas cost more. One-way prices include the Cross-Harbour Tunnel and bridge tolls, suiting airport, banquet and straightforward event transfers.

Hourly charges: charter by the hour

Hourly hire suits several stops, waiting or full-itinerary standby, such as sightseeing, weddings and company events. There are three area bands: urban minimum 4 hours; The Peak/Southern District minimum 5; airport and more distant New Territories journeys under 6 hours incur an extra hour. Tunnel and parking charges are excluded.

Cross-border fares: one-way travel

The cross-border list gives indicative one-way fares between urban Hong Kong and Shenzhen Airport, subject to festival and holiday variations. Enquire about other Mainland routes; see cross-border vehicle hire services .

One-way or hourly: how to choose

For travel simply from A to B, one-way hire is usually more economical. Multiple stops, waiting or repeated journeys make hourly hire more convenient. Wedding pick-up, ceremony and banquet itineraries commonly use hourly hire. Compare one-way, return and hourly options in the wedding coach hire options comparison .

Tips

Money-saving coach hire tips

Match the vehicle to your passenger count

24/28 seats share a price, as do 45/60. Near a capacity limit, choose the larger in the same band for extra space without a higher fare.

Avoid overtime periods

Local hourly use between 08:30 and 22:00 avoids overtime. Larger cross-border vehicles are most economical when departing between 07:00 and 19:30.

Specify the route beforehand

One-way hire includes the Cross-Harbour Tunnel. Without requesting the Eastern, Western or Tai Lam alternatives, there is no alternative-tunnel supplement.

Meet on time

Waiting beyond 15 minutes is charged as 1 hour. Assign a coordinator to check attendance and avoid extra costs.

Finalise the itinerary before confirming

Cancellation within 24 hours is non-refundable. Confirm passengers and timing before booking. For comparing quotations, see coach quotation guide .
