Can I enquire before the passenger count is final?
Yes. Provide an estimated passenger count, date and route. Changes to the group size or itinerary may affect the vehicle and quotation, so check the details again before confirming the booking.
What can affect the hire quotation?
The date, time, route, vehicle type, passenger count, luggage and waiting time can affect arrangements. Ask whether tunnel tolls, parking, waiting charges or other extras are included. The confirmed quotation takes precedence.
What details are needed for an airport or wedding transfer?
For airport journeys, send the flight number, travel date, passenger count and luggage quantity. For weddings, share the timetable, pick-up and drop-off points and any waiting requirements.
Can I enquire about Hong Kong–Mainland transfers?
Yes. Provide the addresses on both sides, passenger count and proposed border crossing. Routes and arrangements require confirmation. Passengers must check their own valid travel documents and applicable entry requirements.
Does submitting the form confirm my booking?
No. The form submits an enquiry. A booking is confirmed separately after the itinerary, quotation and relevant terms have been agreed. For approaching travel dates, contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp to confirm arrangements.
