Transport for each wedding stage
Bridal pick-up: groomsmen and bridal car
Groomsmen travel from the groom’s home or meeting point to the bride’s home in a 16-seat minibus or 24/28-seat coach; the groom uses a Mercedes-Benz. Smaller vehicles help on old-district, village and narrow-road routes. Check early overtime periods.
Departure and tea ceremony: bridesmaids travel together
After pick-up, bridesmaids usually accompany the couple to the groom’s home. A large party can use 28 seats or two vehicles. During hourly hire, supplies, gifts and dowry items may temporarily remain on board.
Ceremony: registry, church or hotel
This stage often has the most guests. Arrange 45/60-seat coaches from meeting points. Confirm limited boarding/alighting space near registries and churches with the venue and us beforehand.
Location photography: vehicle on standby
The couple, photographers and make-up artist move between locations. Hourly hire stays with them, with space for equipment and bridal accessories.
Banquet departure: returning guests
A 60-seat one-way coach can take guests to MTR stations or specified districts. Departures are often after 22:00, so confirm overtime; for several destinations, consider separate vehicles or hourly hire.

The following uses Price list urban hourly rates, with tunnel, parking and early/late overtime extra. The confirmed quotation applies.
Plan 1: simple bridal pick-up
Mercedes-Benz for 4 hours: $350 × 4 = $1,400; 28 seats for 4 hours: $320 × 4 = $1,280; approximately $2,680.
Plan 2: full-day standby
Mercedes-Benz for 8 hours: $350 × 8 = $2,800; 28 seats for 6 hours: $320 × 6 = $1,920; approximately $4,720.
Plan 3: add banquet departures
Plan 2 plus two urban Kowloon 60-seat departure journeys: $700 × 2 = $1,400; approximately $6,120.
Adjustments
- Before 08:30 or after 22:00: 7 seats add $100 per journey; 28/45/60 seats add $100/$200.
- An additional on-route hourly stop adds $100.
- Waiting beyond 15 minutes is charged as 1 hour.
- Some Eastern/Southern District one-way locations add $50 per journey.

Many couples marry at a registry. These addresses and nearby MTR exits help plan coaches and guest directions. Hours and arrangements may change; follow the Immigration Department’s latest announcements.

Opening hours

Cotton Tree Drive boarding/alighting
The registry is inside Hong Kong Park, which has no public car park. Coach stopping must comply with traffic rules. Confirm transfer points with us and notify guests of the meeting place beforehand.
Churches and hotels
Coach access differs by venue. Ask whether large coaches can stop and give us the address to choose suitable vehicles.

Rice scattering on departure
Traditionally, rice is scattered as the bride leaves to ward off ill fortune. If doing this beside the car, scatter it outside and keep the interior clean.
Bonnet dolls
Wedding dolls are often placed on the bridal car’s bonnet. Some traditions remove them only after the bride’s return-home visit. Customs vary; follow family wishes.
Avoiding particular locations
Some families want the wedding car to avoid certain places. State this when booking; we will try to accommodate it subject to safety and traffic.

- Avoid eating/drinking to keep wedding clothes and the interior clean.

Including photographers and make-up artists, groups are usually a dozen to twenty-something: choose 16 or 24/28 seats. 24 and 28 cost the same, so choose 28 near 24 passengers.
How long can a wedding coach wait?
Up to 15 minutes; exceeding this is charged as 1 hour. For hourly standby, keep within booked hours to avoid overruns.
Is an extra hourly stop chargeable?

Cancellation within 24 hours is non-refundable. Contact customer service early for itinerary changes.
Can cross-border vehicles serve weddings?
7-seaters, 16-seat minibuses and 45/49-seat coaches with dual registrations can serve Shenzhen, Guangzhou and other Mainland destinations.
How can wedding transport be paid for?
Payment is accepted by cash in HKD/RMB, cheque, bank transfer, PayMe, FPS, WeChat Pay or Alipay.
